Greg is responsible for Dearborn National’s complete line of business, which includes the company’s Group Life, Group Disability, and worksite benefits portfolio. He joined the company in 2012 as vice president and chief actuary.
In 2013, he was named vice president and chief financial officer. He has served as president and chief executive officer since 2015.
Previously, Greg was vice president and actuary at MetLife. During his 23-year tenure, he held a variety of leadership roles, including financial officer of national accounts, group disability, and pensions and vice president, chief actuary, and financial officer for the Small Group division. Greg was at Travelers Insurance prior to MetLife, where he served as the financial officer and pricing actuary for several of the company's business lines.
Greg is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, a member of the American Academy of Actuaries and a Charter Financial Analyst. He is a graduate of Rice University with a bachelor's degree in mathematical science.
