Dearborn National® Promotes Healthy Smiles with Activity Book during National Children’s Dental Health Month

(CHICAGO) – January 30, 2012 – The American Dental Association has designated February as National Children’s Dental Health Month. Knowing that prevention is always better than treatment, Dearborn National has created a fun way to promote children’s good oral health habits, which are so vitally important to giving them an early start on a lifetime of healthy teeth and gums.

As part of its ongoing dental wellness efforts, Dearborn National will mail "FUN WITH HEALTHY TEETH," an engaging, informative children’s activity booklet promoting good oral health, to members with children three to five years old who are believed to be at risk for dental decay.

As an added bonus, members who receive this mailing have the opportunity to complete the Tooth Chart from the activity book to receive a free Child’s Dental Starter Kit! The kit features Kid's Crest® Toothpaste, Oral-B® Stages Toothbrush and Kid's Flosser from Procter & Gamble—a partner in the Dearborn National Dental Network discount program for dentists.

As entertaining as it is informative, the book is designed to challenge and equip children—and the adults in their lives—to practice good, daily, oral health habits. So it’s sure to put smiles on recipients’ faces, while also helping to ensure that their smiles are the brightest and healthiest that they can be.
