Benefits Manager Update: The Latest Enhancements to Benefits Manager
We're pleased to announce several enhancements to our Benefits Manager portal, which were effective Saturday, January 30:
Web Claims Product Offerings Expanded
We’ve expanded our Web Claims tool to include Long-Term Disability in addition to Short-Term Disability Pending and Status Reports. All Benefits Manager users that currently have access to Web Claims will have access to the expanded reports. Look for upcoming announcements on Web Claims enhancements in the very near future.
Replacement Dental ID Cards
Benefit Managers and Dearborn National staff members now have the ability to order replacement and corrected Dental ID cards for members via the Benefits Manager portal. Upon signing into Benefits Manager, click on the Enrollment Management tab. On the Enrollment Management main page, you will see a “Re-Order Dental Cards” link in the left navigation menu. Click the "Re-Order Dental Cards" link to access the Dental card re-order form.
