Joane Fingers
Vice President of Group Administration and Claims
As Vice President of Group Administration and Claims, Joane Fingers oversees the administrative services of our group benefits insurance operations, including day-to-day operations and plans for strategic improvement and growth, policy and certificate issue, billing and membership, customer service, commissions, claims, quality management and premium application.
Ms. Fingers joined Dearborn National® in 2008. Previously, she served as Life Sales Director at MetLife, Inc., where she was responsible for new business development, client positioning strategy and ongoing field support for regional and national accounts.
Prior to that, Ms. Fingers held a variety of positions at MetLife, Inc., including Director of Voluntary Benefits Administration, Manager of Voluntary Benefits Administration, Manager of Call Center Operations and Senior Customer Service Representative.
Ms. Fingers received both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in business administration from Aurora University.
