- Our Work Incentive Benefit provides extra motivation for a partially disabled employee to return to the workforce. The combination of disability earnings and income from employment can be up to 100 percent of the employee’s pre-disability income.
- Our Rehabilitative Incentive Income benefit helps provide extra motivation to employees who are candidates for and agree to participate in a rehabilitation plan. Income from employment plus the Dearborn National benefit can exceed the employee’s pre-disability earnings.
