Professional counseling is available for a variety of personal concerns. Depending on plan options selected, counseling is available by phone, in-person or both. Counselors are trained to help with these issues and more:
- Mental or emotional problems
- Substance abuse
- Relationships—marital, family, workplace
- Child development or child care
- Elder care
Services From a Trusted Leader
Our EAP program is administered by ComPsych Corporation, the world’s largest provider of a pioneer in EAP. All counselors have master’s degrees and are certified EAP or Addiction Specialists. This valuable professional help is available by phone 24 hours, 365 days a year. In addition, helpful tools, articles and resources are accessible on an online Web resource center designed specifically to support issues for our EAP program.

Dearborn National’s EAP is extended to our Group Life, Group Disability and Group Dental customers.
